Youth Council
Making Gloucestershire the best place in the country to grow up neurodivergent
Neurodivergent Youth
Our Youth Councils are at the heart of the project. Passionate ambassadors for neurodivergent young people, they are the voice of neurodivergent youth in Gloucestershire. They seek to help other ND young people and to drive positive change for ND young people in all walks of life: family, friends, school, college, work and University. They meet regularly, both face-to-face and online and also organise their own events and fundraising activities.
There are two Youth Councils, 11-16 and 17-25. We already have some members and we are currently recruiting more members. Please use our contact us page, if you are interested to join the Youth Council. You do not need a formal diagnosis to join.

Hi, I’m Logan Gibbins. I’m a 17-year-old advocate, public speaker, and youth leader passionate about raising awareness of ADHD and autism. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 11, and my lived experiences have shaped the work I do today. I’m part of a national neurodiversity youth council, where I use my voice to advocate for better mental health support and inclusive practices, especially for young people like me.
School wasn’t an easy journey for me, and I left a few years after my diagnosis. But that experience has fuelled my passion for creating change and sharing my story. Outside of advocacy, I’m a big fan of motorbikes and gaming (League of Legends, anyone?).
Through webinars, panels, and international discussions, I’m committed to breaking down barriers, empowering others, and helping to build a world where neurodivergent people are understood and supported.
